Customer service is poor
When I tried to use Contact number, I was hung up on 4 times
No way to speak to anyone, only email
Needed to return product that had not been opened and I would only have been offered 1/2 of purchase
Some rubbish about 20% cost of purchase for “restocking fee”

We are very happy with the products we bought, delivery was quick

Still awaiting my order, has not arrived yet

Did not knock on front door. We were home

Great quality to take camping to keep us dry no matter how much rain falls. A good tarp is always useful!

I have had my scooter for a week now, and
Would like to give feedback to you. There are 2 issues of concern.

1. I used it seriously for a few KMs, 3 times.
and fell off twice the same way: turning slowly off a narrow foot path onto a driveway with a 1" or 2-3 cm curb/lip. My error. Nil breaks - just sore muscles. I have a bit to learn

2. The arm rests are a stupid nonsense!!
Designed by a half-wit, and not tested.
From the horizontal, they only move down.
Lean on it and it slides away, no rest at all.
Swap them over, left to right etc. They work
Ok...but the soft covering is underneath !!!
Bizarre.
It gets 4/5 not 5/5 due to this design horror.

Numerous attempts to contact this company have resulted in nothing. You have to select an option when calling and when you do, you get disconnected. The item I ordered over two weeks ago has supposedly been collected by the courier, but it hasn't actually gone anywhere. Honestly. Don't buy from this company.

They make you return item at your own cost charge you 20 for restocking
When you say the product is substandard ie isn’t stable unless attached to wall and the design does not take into consideration skirting board protrusion say other reviews say otherwise ?!? Deliver same items in different days to different locations And have a phone number that doesn’t work

I ordered 4 stools have only had 2 stools delivered when I send a email they say that the other 2 are still coming better communication would help

Loved my purchase , it was delivered so quick

I purchased this one to replace an aging 2 stroke model.
From opening the box to operation, it impressed me with the quality of the build.
It may be a bit heavier to use and it’s only because it is a lot more sturdier.
I own a total of 4 chainsaws and this one is the only one that doesn’t leak the bar oil in storage.
Bang for your buck, it rates 5 stars

Well if I had the goods would be great .there delivery still has not arrive very very disappointed to say the least .very poor service from delivery people .so much so not happy at all .after many calls still no goods
