Part of the light sequence is ‘quite soft’ but the part that disturbs us is when the top & bottom lights flash quite vigorously. We understand there isn’t a switch to stop the flashing. We are grateful that communication has been relatively prompt from the supplier and await hopefully a solution. Thank you.

Review for Tanstella Bath Tub
I recently purchased a bath tub from Tanstella, and unfortunately, my experience has been disappointing due to a quality issue. While the small lid at the bottom, which opens and closes, works as expected, the side attachment with the tube is a major problem.
The screw thread (rosca) does not secure properly to the bath tub. As soon as it starts to feel tight, it loosens, resulting in significant water leakage. Any slight movement of the tub causes the attachment to come undone and leak even more. It seems that the thread design does not allow enough space for the side plug to fit securely.
This defect makes it almost impossible to use the tub without constant adjustments and a lot of frustration. I expected better quality, and I’m disappointed with this flaw.

Ordered a swing set for my Grandchildren for Christmas in November and after no reply to my emails I had to involve PayPal before I could get an answer as to if it would arrive in time!

We purchased a sandpit for Christmas in November for our son but never received it. We called the number which said it was under maintenance and to email. We emailed and never heard back. Scam
The top is flat so rain sits in it otherwise its a good idea and sturdy enough. The Company didn't bother to reply to 2 emails I sent requesting delivery updates so I thought I had been scammed until it arrived
A good strong cat tree / scratching post . Good firm base with thicker posts than normal and nice selection of resting areas . Very pleased with this item and with the delivery time .

I have to laugh. The service from this company has been nothing short of appalling. It is now over two weeks since I ordered the item and there is no sign of it. I have sent emails to Tanstella on two occasions without any response (not even an automated “we received your inquiry”). The fact that they then send a survey request to review their woeful service is in an indication of their ineptitude.
So disappointed with their lack of communication and service. Wouldn’t recommend
