Shipping Details
- Dispatch Location: All orders are shipped from Australia.
- Dispatch Time: Orders are dispatched the next working day after full payment is received.
- Courier Partners: For information about the courier linked to your tracking number, visit 17track.net.
Our Courier Partners
- Australia Post: For items weighing 22kg or less. Each parcel carries a barcoded address label for tracking via Australia Post’s online tracking tool. Delivery time varies based on location, as outlined in the Australia Post's delivery time table.
- Aramex: Used for items below 22kg and less costly than eParcel. A non-PO Box address is required. Track via Aramex's website.
- Allied Express: For parcels over 22 kg. Track your items through the Allied Express website, or call 131373 for queries.
- Team Global Express: For parcels less than 30kg. A non-PO Box address is required. Track via Team Global Express website.
- Hunter Couriers: For parcels over 22kg. A non-PO Box address is required. Track via Hunter Express website.
- Couriers Please: For items up to 25kg. Track via CouriersPlease website.
- Steadfast Logistics: Provides a seamless experience from quoting to delivery completion. Track your order at Steadfast Logistics.
Estimated Delivery Time Frames

Off Season:
- Victoria: Approximately 3-8 working days.
- NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD: Approximately 5-10 working days.
- WA, NT, and TAS: Approximately 7-14 working days.

- Victoria: Approximately 8-13 working days.
- NSW, SA, ACT, and QLD: Approximately 10-15 working days.
- WA, NT, and TAS: Approximately 12-19 working days.
Note:
- Delivery time starts after buyers’ payments have been cleared and the item has been dispatched from our warehouse (usually 1-2 working days after receipt of cleared payment).
- We cannot guarantee delivery on any specific dates or times as this is beyond our control.
Undeliverable Packages
- Inaccurate Address: If there are address discrepancies and the product is returned to us, a customer care team member will be in touch. A re-delivery cost will be charged.
- Unsuccessful Delivery Attempt: If you are not present for delivery by Australia Post, a notification will be left for pickup at your local post office. For Aramex or Allied Express deliveries, arrangements will be made for a convenient delivery time.
- Rejected by Receiver: If the item is a gift, please ensure the receiver is aware to avoid parcel rejection. A re-delivery cost will apply for resending.
Additional Information
- Pick Up: Not available at our warehouse to ensure efficient dispatch.
- Undeliverable Postcodes: Certain SKUs may have undeliverable postcodes. Extra shipping fees may apply. Orders with no shipment service will be cancelled and refunded automatically.
- New Zealand Orders: Delivery time is around 2 weeks. Orders over NZ$1000 will incur a Duty tax. More information can be found at New Zealand Customs Service.
