Christmas Trees

Measure from the floor to the ceiling and allow about 30 cm for the topper and a little headroom. For a standard 2.4 m ceiling, a tree up to about 2.1 m (7 ft) is a safe choice, and 1.8 m (6 ft) suits most living rooms. Half and corner trees sit flat against a wall to save floor space.

Pre-lit trees have LED lights built into the branches, so there is nothing to string up, and many have several light modes. Optic fibre trees carry light along fibre strands for a colour-changing glow. Solar trees are powered by a solar panel instead of a power point. Check each listing for the light colour, the number of lights and how the tree is powered.

Orders ship from our Australian warehouse the next working day after payment clears. Outside peak season, delivery usually takes about 3–8 working days in Victoria, 5–10 working days in NSW, SA, ACT and QLD, and 7–14 working days in WA, NT and TAS. Order by Monday 14 December for the best chance of delivery before Christmas. Deliveries to WA, NT and TAS take longer, so please order earlier if you can. Orders placed after the cutoff are still sent as normal, but may arrive after Christmas.

Yes. We accept change-of-mind requests within 14 days of delivery for items in their original packaging. Email us photos of the item first, and don't send it back until we approve the return. The refund is the order total minus the original postage, return postage and a 20% restocking fee. See our Refund Policy.
