New arrivals FAQ

How often do you add new products?

New ranges land most weeks. This page shows our newest products first, so the top of the page is always the latest. Use the category chips to see what's new in one area.

Are new arrivals in stock?

Yes. This page only shows products that are in stock in our Australian warehouse. Each product page shows the delivery cost to your postcode before you buy.

How long does delivery take?

Orders ship from our Australian warehouse the next working day after payment clears. Outside peak season, delivery usually takes about 3–8 working days in Victoria, 5–10 working days in NSW, SA, ACT and QLD, and 7–14 working days in WA, NT and TAS. Allow a few extra days during peak season. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs vary by product and postcode. Each product page shows the delivery cost to your area, and the final cost is confirmed at checkout before you pay. Full details are in our Shipping Policy.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. We accept change-of-mind requests within 14 days of delivery for items in their original packaging. Email us photos of the item first, and don't send it back until we approve the return. The refund is the order total minus the original postage, return postage and a 20% restocking fee. See our Refund Policy.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes. Choose Afterpay, Laybuy or PayPal Pay in 4 at checkout to split your purchase into interest-free payments. See Buy Now, Pay Later for how each one works.
