Side sleepers usually prefer a medium to medium-soft mattress that cushions the shoulders and hips, back sleepers a medium-firm one, and stomach sleepers a firmer one that keeps the spine straight. If you share the bed, a medium-firm pocket spring mattress is a good middle ground.

Pocket spring mattresses use individually wrapped coils that support each part of your body separately. They feel bouncier and let air flow through, so they tend to sleep cooler.

Memory foam mattresses mould to your shape and absorb movement, so you feel less of a partner turning over. Cool-gel foam helps reduce heat. Hybrid mattresses combine pocket springs with foam layers.

Orders ship from our Australian warehouse the next working day after payment clears. Outside peak season, delivery usually takes about 3–8 working days in Victoria, 5–10 working days in NSW, SA, ACT and QLD, and 7–14 working days in WA, NT and TAS. Yes. We accept change-of-mind requests within 14 days of delivery for items in their original packaging. Email us photos of the item first, and don't send it back until we approve the return. The refund is the order total minus the original postage, return postage and a 20% restocking fee. See our Refund Policy.
