The Instahut Motorised Retractable Folding Arm Awning gives a home, patio, garden or terrace an extra shade option against sun or rain. Its powder-coated aluminium frame carries a 300gsm polyester fabric shade, and both are UV-resistant. An awning motor opens and retracts the shade from the included remote control, and a hand crank is provided for manual operation.
The frame and shade mount using the included wall brackets, sized at 3.5m x 2.5m including brackets. The supplied fixings are for brick and concrete walls only; for other structures, check with a local qualified builder or hardware store for suitable fixings, and a qualified builder is recommended for installation.
