Both sides have a non-slip surface that helps prevent slipping on hard floors. The 8mm thickness protects knees and joints while still allowing you to grip the floor for balance poses, and the closed-cell structure resists moisture, dirt and germs. Measuring 183cm long by 61cm wide, the mat is latex-free and PVC-free and includes a carry strap.
